Myminicity Visit Optimizer V0.87

- For miniville's users: Now if you have registered your city in MyMiniCity visit optimizer nobody can register it as antiville (thanks to ALBACYTY and BENIDAVER)

- The MINICITY.IN has been activated again. The problem of Trojans has been already solved in this website.
